• Launch TikTok and Click on the User Profile
Launching the app should be easy, right? All you have to do is locate the app on your phone and tap on it to launch. After doing this, you log in with your name and password. On fully accessing the app, click open your profile page by tapping the ‘Me‘ Icon found just on the lower right corner of your feeds.
• Move from “My Privacy” to ‘Settings” to Selecting the “Manage My Account” Option

If you have verified your phone number in the past, a page that displays “What is your phone number?” will show up, but if you have verified your account, the “What is your current number?” will show up.
After this, you can enter the current phone number and select your country code (The phone number you used to verify your account). If this is the first time you are adding your phone number, you can enter the phone number step.
Verifying Your Number
Verifying your number is probably one of the easiest things to do on TikTok. All you need is to be sure that is your preferred number, verify and tap on the arrow on the bottom right corner of the screen, and after this, TikTok will send a shortcode to the phone number you just entered.
After tapping on this arrow at the bottom corner, TikTok will automatically redirect to a page where you have to add that verification code. Please copy the code and paste it on this verification page when you see this. If you did not receive the code, you could tap to resend verification so that you can get it again. After verifying the old number, you can now add your new phone number. But note that you will have to verify the new phone number.
